Returns

  Shop 4 Dealz have a 30 day return policy.  To be eligible for return, the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when buyer received it. Items that show signs of wear, resized, do not have tags, altered and custom made parts cannot be accepted for return. If an item is eligible for return, it is the buyer’s choice to except a refund or exchange the item for the same item, or a different item with an equal value of the returning item.

Refunds (if applicable)

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Shop 4 Dealz will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The return shipping cost will be refunded to the buyer once the returned item is approved. Shop 4 Dealz will not be responsible for return shipping cost on items that are denied the returned item inspection.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shop 4 Dealz will replace items that are defective or damaged during the shipping process. If your item is damaged or defected and you need to exchange it for the same item, or an item of equal value, send us an email at dlawrence@shop4dealz.com and send your item to:

Shipping

  Our products are shipped within 1 business days after receiving full payment. All orders will be shipped using the following carriers: USPS & Fed Ex with tracking service included, and orders $100 and up will be shipped with USPS Tracking & Signature Confirmation.

 To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 4 Dealz, 379 Sanford Ave. #101, Newark, New Jersey, United States, 07106. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for you to receive your exchanged item may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
